Centenary
Flower Festival |
St
Stephen's 1900 ~ 2000

To mark
our Centenary year we held a
"Flower Festival" to coincide with our "Harvest Festival" weekend.
(Sat 30th Sept and Sun 1st Oct 2000)
The theme was "20th Century Hymns", each arrangement depicting the
words of a hymn.
This was a great success and the Church looked stunning with all the magnificent
flower arrangements created, not only by members of the church, but by members
of Bexhill Floral Group as well.
Below are some
random examples, my apologies to those missed out, but with so many varied and
interesting works, it was impossible to select either the best or most
interesting.
