A message from the Vicar...

This church, built in 1900, is situated in the north of the town, above the the main A259 road running from Eastbourne to Hastings, adjacent to an area of common land known as the Down.

It is rooted in the Evangelical tradition of the Church of England, with a mixture of traditional and more modern Services aimed at all ages.

There is also a comprehensive programme of events and organisations during the week that aims to reach out into the parish that surrounds the church.

We believe the church is not a building ~ it is US the people. We believe in Jesus Christ as the Son of God who came into the world to show us what God is like and what God offers to us. We hope that this belief is reflected in the way we live.
